Sylvia Jean has been designing and creating winter decorations and illuminations for municipal customers for 30 years.
Ms. Jean first lit up her projects in Provence, in the south of France, before moving to Quebec and expatriating her style to North American cities.
It's with great creative freedom that she offers customized projects that highlight the identity of each of her customers.
